The Template Builder allows clinic managers and internal operational teams to build clinical workflows from patient intake forms to charting templates. Think Google Forms.
Product Problems
Building a template today is unintuitive as its configuration heavy with complex interactions. Users have to manually translate what they wanted into individual questions, properties, and logic often while referencing an existing form or PDF. As templates grew, understanding the full structure became difficult, and users had no way to preview the final experience while building.
Opportunity
What if users could start with what they already know the form they need rather than how to configure it?
This created an opportunity for AI to turn existing documents or natural language intent into a structured starting point.
Solution
I redesigned template creation around an AI-assisted workflow that lets users describe what they need or upload an existing form, generates an editable first draft, and progressively surfaces advanced configuration only when it's needed.
